Sbattetelo bene per qualche minuto, unitevi il latte. In un piatto piano preparate dello zucchero con una spolverata di cannella. Mettete una per volta le fette di pancarrè ad ammorbidire nel composto di latte e uovo (deve essere abbastanza liquido altrimenti rischiate l'effetto frittata!). Fate sciogliere una noce di margarina in una padellina e immergetevi, una per volta, le fette di pane inzuppate. Per ogni fetta, rimettete una noce di margarina.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Fate cuocere pochi minuti per lato, il tempo di far dorare i bordi delle fette. Levatele dal fuoco e giratele ancora calde nello zucchero e cannella. Servite in un piatto con fragole fresche coperte da un po' di sciroppo d'acero.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Ricetta facilmente personalizzabile seguendo i propri gusti personali: zucchero di canna al posto del bianco, banane o kiwi in alternativa alle fragole, burro o olio di oliva al posto della margarina, panna fresca al posto dello sciroppo d'acero. Amalgamare bene il tutto e stendere l'impasto in uno stampo di 23 cm circa di diametro, poi mettere in frigo. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;(crema)&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Mescolare insieme i tuorli, lo zucchero, la panna, il philadelphia, la vanillina, la farina e il limone. Dopo aver raggiunto una cremina uniforme, aggiungere i tre albumi montati a neve. Disporre la crema sullo strato di biscotti preparato in precedenza. Cuocere in forno già caldo a 150° per circa un'ora e mezzo (sopra deve essere "bionda"). Aggiungete il burro (io uso margarina vegetale) e lo spicchio d'aglio tritato. Fate rosolare 10 minuti a fuoco basso, schiacciate la zucca con una forchetta. Salate, pepe facoltativo (meglio peperoncino). Buttate il riso, fate insaporire bene nel condimento, rimestate per alcuni secondi. Innaffiate col vino e fate evaporare. Iniziate ad aggiungere il brodo poco per volta. Fate cuocere 15/20 minuti circa.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Unite la panna (naturalmente io uso panna vegetale) e il trito di rosmarino e timo. Lasciate sul fuoco 3/5 minuti. Preparare il sugo a parte con i pomodorini, l’olio e l’aglio. A fine cottura aggiungere le melanzane e spegnere il fuoco. Nel frattempo cuocere i paccheri al dente, e rimetterli nella pentola dopo averli scolati.
